A prestigious New Build Housing Development in North London required the installation of 12No Access Controlled Entrance Doors and Glazed Side Screens to meet SBD Design Guide Standard STS202 BR2 Level.  

A modern aesthetic look was required and also a secure performance level – We were able to meet with the Main Contractor and Client  and discuss the options available, eventually offering  “Value Engineered” proposals that not only met the outline Design Brief but also provided savings to the Client.                  

Our involvement in the scheme was so well received that NEOS Protect Ltd were Nominated for a further similar Project by the End Client and have also secured a roll out of 4No  further sites with the Main Contractor and become their preferred Door Supplier due to the quality of our service and end product installed. 

 

A typical installation for a large London Housing Company. A very robust door designed to blend into the existing facade decor and give an overall aesthetic and pleasing appearance, though the lower “kicker” panels are reinforced to prevent physical abuse and the glazing is 12mm laminated glass to allow an “open” yet very secure design.
