EPDM
It is a common requirement for doors to have EPDM bonded to the door frame and the interior blockwork to create a vapour barrier. To do this effectively, the external masonry should not be in place when the door is fitted.
If both the internal and external masonry is in place when NEOS fit their doors, then it is not possible to bond the EPDM to the side of the frame.
NEOS have standard details which can be adopted if the masonry is in place when we arrive to fit the doors. If EPDM is already bonded to the internal masonry, then we have solutions which compress the EPDM to the side of the frame without bonding.
